The Ramona Music Fest is about fun, food and music in the sun. But it is also about a lot more. Sponsored by the Ramona Rotary and Kiwanis Clubs, the Music Fest is also a charity event. All proceeds generated by this event go to help our local communities. From relief for past and future fire victims to scholarships for high school seniors, your contribution will help our community immensely. So, please do not just look at your ticket price as providing you with a day of entertainment, but also pride yourself on the fact that you have helped your friends and neighbors in need. Thank you for helping us out!

Ramona Kiwanis Club

Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world, one child and one community at a time. The Kiwanis mission: To serve children of the world. Kiwanis International, through guidance and example, works to develop future generations of leaders. Every day, Kiwanians, including those in Ramona, are revitalizing neighborhoods, organizing youth-sports programs, tutoring, building playgrounds, and performing countless other projects to help children and communities.

The name "Kiwanis" means "we trade" or "we share our talents." It was coined from an American Indian expression, Nunc Kee-wanis. Kiwanians are volunteers changing the world through service to children and communities. Members help shelter the homeless, feed the hungry, mentor the disadvantaged and care for the sick. They develop youth as leaders, build playgrounds, raise funds for pediatric research, and much more. Members and clubs have contributed more than $80 million toward the global elimination of iodine deficiency disorders (IDD), the leading preventable cause of mental retardation.
