Cactus Twang & Whyte
Retro Rock and Beyond is the sound of Cactus Twang & Whyte, a who can bring you “Back to the Garden,” as if you were listening to Crosby Stills & Nash, in a beat of the guitar. "Cactus" Jim Soldi is a guitar player extraordinaire, who the late Johnny Cash called “the best guitar player in the business.” In addition to playing with Johnny Cash for four years, Soldi has played with Ricky Skaggs and Waylon Jennings and appeared on The Tonight Show and Nashville Now. Marc Twang, long regarded as a guitar-playing top-gun, has performed with Kenny Loggins, BJ Thomas and others, across the US and Europe. Sharon Whyte, who plays piano and accordian, has a background that ranges from classical to zydeco and has backed Billy Ray Cyrus, Kenny Loggins, Dan Seals and others. Cactus Twang & Whyte form the core of The Eve Selis Band, while also performing on their own—offering retro rock and beyond.

Ted Lennon
Think Jack Johnson and Bob Dylan, Ted Lennon’s music has been called honest and refreshing. From the subway stations of New York City to sharing the stage with Jack Johnson, Ted’s music is a mellow blend of melodic folk and personal, thought-provoking lyrics.

Aja
At 13 years old, Aja Alycean (pronouced Allison) has reached several milestones. Singing the National Anthem for the Padres at Petco Park left a lasting impression on fans in San Diego when she was only nine years old! In 2007, Aja won a radio contest to sing with Billy Ray Cyrus to a sold-out crowd. Billy Ray later asked her to perform with him for the cast and crew and appear as a walk on in his movie. Aja, who writes songs and has recorded her first EP, Smack Dab, also was asked to open for David Archuleta at the SD County Fair. Aja has a powerful sound despite being only 13 years old.

We're always willing to play small shows, and big shows alike, and right now, we're working on putting together a tour.”

Ska/reggae is the sound of The Amalgamated, which has been playing San Diego and Riverside county venues as well as performing in LA. The band’s inlfluences include Toots and the Maytals and Jimmy Cliff, with music styles ranging from traditional ska to calypso and early reggae.
Ramona Town Hall Brass Band
The Ramona Town Hall Brass Band is a community-based ensemble comprised of working adult musicians and select high school age musicians. The musicians participate to perpetuate the concept of the small-town band from the turn of the 19th to 20th centuries of the American past. Bands of that period held the Sousa band as the ideal, so our "look" and feel are along that vein. The band performs much as a town band of that era for local civic functions all year long and plays special seasonal concerts as well.
